Getting on board
Day 0
After we painted a complete picture to pique your interest, describing the company’s vision, product, and technical environment, you have talked through your approaches and problem-solving techniques in a few minutes.
Day 1
The day has come! You walk into our downtown office with a ready toolkit, grab a sip of morning coffee and you are ready to roll. A little email with the onboarding schedule for the first week just waiting in your zero-email-pristine-inbox. 🙂
Day 2
After getting better acquainted with the company and the role on Day One, the rest of the week we are focused on giving you success early. We assign a small task for the new person to tackle – anything that a fresh set of eyes can pick up without needing tons of OIPR specific context. You should have learned where the beer tap is located.
Day 3
You will be working on InsurTech solutions for the US and UK markets. In our world, there is no easy business problem. Each member of our dev team is the architect of its own. We trust your smarts and support your curiosity. And we consider insurance fun (yes, we said it).
